BTS Set for Massive ‘Arirang’ Manila Shows at Philippine Sports Stadium in 2027

The countdown has officially begun for Filipino ARMYs.

Global K-pop phenomenon BTS is heading back to the Philippines for the Manila leg of its highly anticipated BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG, with two shows scheduled on March 13 and 14, 2027 at the Philippine Sports Stadium.

The announcement, released by Live Nation Philippines, immediately sent social media into overdrive, with “ARIRANG IN MANILA” and “PH ARMY” quickly dominating online conversations Thursday afternoon.

Set to close the global Arirang tour, the Manila stop is expected to draw thousands of fans from across the country and neighboring Asian markets. The tour marks BTS’ first large-scale world concert run following the group’s long-awaited reunion era and comeback album Arirang.

According to the official ticket rollout, ARMY Membership presale begins on June 9, followed by the Live Nation Philippines presale on June 10. General ticket sales open June 11. Ticket prices range from ₱7,500 for Bleachers 2 to ₱25,000 for VIP Soundcheck packages.

The choice of venue also signals the increasing scale of K-pop concerts in the Philippines. While many major acts traditionally perform at indoor arenas in Metro Manila, the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan has steadily emerged as a go-to venue for stadium-level productions, previously hosting concerts by K-pop acts including Seventeen and NCT 127.

For many Filipino fans, the announcement feels less like a typical concert reveal and more like the return of a cultural moment. Within minutes of the ticketing release, timelines were flooded with memes, countdown edits, budgeting jokes, and screenshots of fans preparing multiple devices ahead of the expected online queue war.

And if the internet reaction is any indication, March 2027 may turn Bulacan into the center of the BTS universe — even if only for two nights.
