Singapore, 20 November 2024 — Bar Convent Singapore (BCB Singapore) will be making its return from 3 to 4 March 2025 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. As the premier gathering for Asia’s bar and beverage community, BCB 2025 will unite industry professionals for a range of networking and knowledge-sharing sessions.
The trade-only event is designed for professionals at all levels of the industry — from bartenders and bar owners to distributors and importers — offering a comprehensive platform for networking, education, and showcasing the latest in spirits and innovations.
Started in Germany, BCB has grown into a go-to hub for the bar and beverage industry, with locations in the USA, Brazil, and soon in the UK. In 2023, BCB Singapore made its debut as the first platform dedicated to the Asian market, attracting over 150 global brands. The event featured a variety of activities and sessions, including ‘Homegrown Heroes’ — a cross-border partnership showcasing Southeast Asian talent, with industry experts from Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.
“Collaboration has always been the heartbeat of the beverage industry, bringing together diverse ideas and innovations that transcend borders,” says Henry Stonham, Project Manager of Bar Convent Singapore. “More than just creating a space, we want to foster a community where industry professionals can connect, inspire one another, and ignite the spark of creativity that drives us all forward.”
What to Expect at BCB Singapore 2025
At BCB Singapore 2025, attendees can look forward to a dynamic program featuring expert-led talks, interactive workshops, and product showcases. The event will focus on four key pillars of education — Business, Community, Creativity, and Innovation — delivering targeted sessions on topics like business ownership, people management, liquid education, social media marketing, and consumer trends. With a diverse array of sessions across all stages, the program is designed to meet the needs of the industry, featuring top global and regional talent, including Singapore’s Peter Chua, who serves as brand ambassador and Head of Education at BCB Singapore. This year, the product showcase highlights brand-new national spirits from the US and Italy, and the return of industry-leading brands such as Brown Forman, Campari, and Código.
One key feature is a special collaboration with Club Cantina, an educational platform about Agave Distillates, founded by Manuel Weisskopf (Founder of Dr. Sours Bitters) and Gernot Allnoch (Co-Founder of Mezcal San Cosme), with the mission to share the knowledge of “agave experts” all around the world. This partnership includes a dedicated showcase of agave producers and a series of educational talks that will equip attendees with essential knowledge about one of the fastest-trending spirits categories worldwide. Exclusive masterclasses and presentations will feature leaders in the Agave industry, including Iván Saldaña, co-founder and master distiller of Casa Lumbre; Graciela Angeles Carreño, Co-Owner of Real Minero; and Jesse Este, Global Ambassador of Tequila Ocho.
In celebration of Asia’s exceptional talent, Singapore’s nightlife will feature a series of guest shifts across the city’s expansive list of top bars. These exclusive collaborations allow industry professionals and consumers to experience unique, one-of-a-kind drinks from the region’s best establishments and provide a platform for relationship-building, skill-sharing, and innovation. Guest shifts and cross-border collaborations continue to be essential in bringing fresh dynamics to the regional bar scene, showcasing diverse techniques and flavours, and fostering creativity within the industry.
Attendees can also expect an ensemble of activities across the following three spaces:
- Centre Stage: Through expert-led seminars, attendees will gain insights on various key industry trends and topics such as leadership development, cocktail craftsmanship, and bar ownership.
- Craft Workshops: Attendees can look forward to dynamic, bite-sized seminars, learning key skills while discovering the passion, creativity, and dedication that drive the industry. Other workshops also include a photography workshop, where attendees can gain insights into techniques for capturing appealing and tasteful drinks photos.
- Tasting Corner: This space invites attendees to explore and indulge in spirits with a focus on craftsmanship and sustainability, serving as a medium to discover new flavours and lesser-understood categories.

Stonham adds, “As Asia’s bar scene continues to gain global recognition, this is a crucial moment for the industry to equip its professionals with the tools they need to learn, innovate, and elevate the region’s rich talent. By fostering growth and inspiration, we can ensure that Asia remains at the forefront of the global bar culture.”
