For Coffee Fans Who Like It Creamy

I’m a coffee person. I can have coffee at pretty much any time of the day, and Seattle’s Best Coffee has long been one of my favorites when I’m in the mood for a good cup.

So when I heard about SBC’s new Breve Collection, I was curious to see how it would compare with the coffee I usually order from the brand.

The first thing you notice is the texture.

A breve is made with espresso, milk, and cream, instead of just milk. That extra cream gives the drink a richer and smoother feel, while the espresso still comes through. It’s creamier than a regular latte, but it doesn’t completely lose that coffee character.

The new collection comes in three flavors: Vanilla Caramel Breve, Brown Sugar Breve, and Choco Hazelnut Breve. Each one gives the creamy breve base a different personality, so there’s something for different kinds of coffee drinkers.

Vanilla Caramel is familiar and easy to like, while Choco Hazelnut has a more indulgent, almost dessert-like character. The Brown Sugar has a warmer, deeper sweetness that pairs nicely with the espresso. Of the three, that was the one I personally enjoyed most.

But more than the individual flavors, what I liked about the collection is that it still feels like coffee. The creaminess adds a little indulgence without making the drink feel overly complicated.

For someone who genuinely enjoys coffee, that balance matters. Sometimes I want a strong, straightforward cup. Other times, especially when I’m treating myself, I want something smoother and richer.

The Breve Collection fits that second mood.

It’s a small change from the usual coffee order, but enough to make the experience feel different—especially if you’re someone who enjoys trying new variations without straying too far from your favorite coffee.

And yes, as someone who already counts Seattle’s Best Coffee among my go-to coffee spots, I can see myself ordering the Brown Sugar Breve again.
