Ultra Slim, Ultra Capable
Designed for both portability and productivity, the Galaxy Z Fold7 weighs just 215 grams and measures only 8.9mm when folded, making it lighter and more compact than ever. It features a 6.5-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X cover display with a 21:9 aspect ratio for an intuitive smartphone feel.
When unfolded, the device transforms into an 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display, 11% larger than its predecessor, offering users an expansive workspace for multitasking, content consumption, and creative tasks. With Vision Booster and up to 2,600 nits of peak brightness, the display remains vivid even in direct sunlight.
Built Tough for Everyday Durability
Galaxy Z Fold7 features a reengineered Armor FlexHinge, Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2, and a reinforced Titanium plate layer on the main display for enhanced strength. The Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) has also been upgraded to be 50% thicker, offering improved durability with a thinner build.
Powered by Galaxy AI and Snapdragon
The Galaxy Z Fold7 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, delivering performance gains of up to 41% in NPU, 38% in CPU, and 26% in GPU compared to the previous generation. This allows for faster, seamless on-device AI processing for tasks like real-time translation and photo editing.
Launching with One UI 8 based on Android 16, the device introduces Gemini Live with multimodal AI, Circle to Search, and AI-enhanced productivity features such as Drag & Drop AI, Results View, and Writing Assist, optimized for the large foldable display.
A Pro-Grade Camera System
The Galaxy Z Fold7 debuts the first 200MP wide camera on a Galaxy foldable, offering ultra-high-resolution imaging and low-light performance enhanced by the next-generation ProVisual Engine. New features include Suggest Erases, Night Video with intelligent motion detection, 10-bit HDR, and Audio Eraser for cleaner video sound.
Creative users can take advantage of AI-powered tools such as Generative Edit, Photo Assist, and Side-by-Side Editing for a comprehensive on-device editing experience.
Strengthened Privacy & Security
With mobile experiences growing more intelligent and interconnected, Samsung reinforces security with features such as Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection (KEEP) and post-quantum cryptography on Secure Wi-Fi. One UI 8 also enhances Samsung’s Knox Matrix platform for more proactive, cross-device protection.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 is available for pre-order starting July 9, with general availability on August 1. Color options include Blue Shadow, Silver Shadow, Jetblack, and Mint (online exclusive).
